1. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, everything I personally sell is sold at my wholesale prices although I do not sell in quantities to anyone for resale.  The reason is that I need to maintain the freshness guarantee, the quality, and integrity of the products I have worked long and hard to establish.

2.  Do you do all the baking?

For the most part yes, although I do have an assistant to help me with it.  Jill is a wonderful young woman and mother whom I just love.

3.  How long have you been making granola?

"Since dinosaurs roamed the Earth."  But in reality many years.

4.  Do you do custom orders?

Yes.  Except that I do not ship Banana bread due to spoilage concerns.

I do four per week, see my market schedule.

6.  What is the best way to keep the granola, breads, or cookies?

I suggest that for best results you keep the granola in the refrigerator.  Although it will stay fresh in the bag for several days without refrigeration, it is still best to keep the granola in the refrigerator especially after opening the bag.  The breads freeze very well, I suggest slicing them first, cooling them down in the refrigerator, then freezing.  The cookies freeze well also.

7. What about shipping and handling?

Shipping is based upon weight and the price is determined by the cost of shipping via USPS Priority Mail.  At this time, shipping and handling costs $5 for the first pound plus $2 for every pound after the first pound.

8. How long does it take to process my order?

Regardless of when the order is received I only ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday via USPS priorty mail, usually 2-3 day delivery, to assure that your order does not rest in a warehouse someplace for even a day.
